4.2 Apollo.io (Apollo.io Inc.)

We use Apollo.io on our Website for B2B visitor intelligence. Apollo’s tracking script collects:

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type
  • Pages visited on our Website
  • Referring URL

Apollo uses your IP address to attempt to identify the company you are visiting from (a technique called reverse IP lookup), and may cross-reference this against Apollo’s contact database to surface the identities of individual visitors for our sales and business development purposes.

Apollo’s tracking script is loaded from assets.apollo.io and uses both session and persistent cookies.

Data collected by Apollo is transmitted to and stored on Apollo’s servers in the United States.

Once data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, we ensure it is destroyed or anonymized.

9. Your Rights Under Quebec Law 25

  • Right to rectification — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to erasure — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations

  • Right to complain — file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI) at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca if you believe your rights have not been respected
